This is my 1st negative expertise employing Amazon. The crossbow would "NOT" cock. The supplier was essentially non-responsive. He said make contact with the manufacturer who was pretty lax in responding. Bottom line, I was stuck with an inoperable crossbow with no 1 willing to assist. Finally, soon after ten phone calls and five emails, Horton lastly responded, they now have the crossbow and I still have nothing. I'd categorize myself as an unhappy customer.

The bow came set up and ready to shoot. I did not have to set the scope it was correct to 40 yards. I shot it 15 occasions and the lens popped out of the scope. Horton has promised to send me one other scope. Other than that problem the bow performs better than I expected. Hopefully the scope was a one particular time trouble.

The bow itself is outstanding. Rugged, powerful, and correct. Everything I wanted. The only downside to the bow is that it was rough. I had to take a file and take away some burrs from the frame.
It comes with 3 super affordable aluminum arrows. Two broke on the first shot and the third only lasted three shots. The fletching fell off in flight.
